Dr. Dazley is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, with particular interest in diseases and conditions of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine due to deformity, trauma, and degenerative causes. Dr. Dazley attended medical school at Drexel University, going on to complete his residency at SUNY Stony Brook and a fellowship in spinal surgery at Harvard University-Massachusetts General Hospital/Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Dazley is an active member of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, as well as the North American Spine Society, where he volunteers as a committee member. When not in Elko, Dr. Dazley practices out of Twin Falls, Idaho.
Dr. Allred is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine physician whose comprehensive orthopedic medical practice includes surgical and non-surgical options to treat conditions related to the knee, shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, foot and ankle. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center, completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Oklahoma University, and finished with a Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy fellowship in San Diego. He is a member of AAOS, AANA, and AOSSM. Dr. Allred's other practices can be found in Ely, Nevada, Rawlins, Wyoming, and Rock Springs, Wyoming.
Dr. Draper is a board-certified podiatric specialist with extensive experience in both surgical and non-surgical interventions. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, California. Afterwards, Dr. Draper completed his Podiatric Surgical Residency at the Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, Michigan, where he served as Chief Podiatric Surgical Resident. He has been practicing in Northeastern Nevada since the year 2000 and operates his own local practice in Elko.
Dr. Lindstrom is a doctor of podiatric medicine with experience in both surgical and non-surgical techniques. He graduated from the Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Idaho, then completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he served as Chief Podiatric Resident. Dr. Lindstrom is a resident of Elko, and practices locally.
Board-certified neurosurgeon Dr. Song specializes in performing spinal surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures, artificial disc replacement, disc decompression and fusion, complex spinal revisions, and microsurgery of the spinal cord. He attended the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, after which he undertook an internship in General Surgery at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, where he went on to complete his residency in Neurosurgery. Dr. Song’s primary practices are located in Reno and in Carson City.
Dr. Gull is a board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in the treatment of disorders of the ear, nose, and throat. He treats patients of all ages ranging from newborns to geriatrics and speaks Spanish fluently. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to his residency training, he attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Dr. Gull recently moved to the Elko area and practices locally.
Dr. Pappas is one of the most renowned orthopedic surgeons in Northern Nevada. His practice emphasizes shoulder and knee repair and reconstruction, returning patients to their work and preferred lifestyles after injury. He earned his degree at the University of Nevada, Reno, School of Medicine, followed by two residencies in Orthopaedic Surgery, at the University of South Florida and at Vanderbilt University, and a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery at the Southern Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Pappas is a Reno native, practicing in his hometown and throughout the surrounding region, including Elko, Winnemucca, and Battle Mountain.
Dr. Smith is an experienced pediatric dentist providing comprehensive children’s dental care, including for those procedures which require sedation. He attended dental school in Mesa, AZ, after which he completed a two-year residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Boston University and the Franciscan Hospital for Children. Dr. Smith is an Elko resident and also practices out of Children’s Dentistry of Elko.
Dr. Ward is a general surgeon and long time Elko resident, who received his medical degree from McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. He was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy 1967-1971, and a member of U.S. Navy Medical Corps 1978-1985. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and a member of the Nevada State Medical Society, with over 30 years of experience practicing medicine.
Dr. Jensen specializes in chronic pain management and interventional spine and joint care. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and in pain medicine. Originally from Iowa City, Dr. Jensen attended medical school at Des Moines University college of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by an internship and residency medical training in anesthesiology, as well as a pain medicine fellowship, at the University of Iowa. Dr. Jensen specializes in chronic pain medication management and interventional pain procedures. Outside of Elko CHC, he also practices locally at the Elko Spine and Rehabilitation Institute.
Dr. Rogers is an accomplished bariatric and board-certified general surgeon specializing in minimally invasive surgical practices. He graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin in General Surgery before going on to a fellowship at the University of Tennessee Knoxville Advanced GI Minimally Invasive Surgery/Bariatrics program. When not practicing at Elko Community Health Center, Dr. Rogers operates out of Las Vegas.
Dr. De Schutter is a board-certified specialist in cardiovascular disease, providing coronary interventions, devices, and peripherals. He received his medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine, followed by a residency at the Cleveland Clinic (Florida) in Internal Medicine and fellowships at the John Oscher Heart and Vascular Institute in Cardiology and at New York University in Interventional Cardiology. His clinical work emphasizes data-driven approaches to improving cardiovascular outcomes in rural areas. Dr. De Schutter currently practices in Carson City, Winnemucca, and Elko.
Dr. Geisler is a board-certified physiatrist specializing in joint, spine, pain management, and rehabilitative care. He is subspecialty board certified in Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Traumatic Brain Injury Medicine, Independent Medical Examinations and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. Dr Geisler’s practice emphasizes minimally invasive interventional treatments of the spine, joints, muscles, and nerves, often improving pain and function without the need for more invasive and costly surgical interventions. After receiving his degree from the Drexel University College of Medicine, he completed both his Internal Medicine internship and his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Albany Medical Center. Dr. Geisler currently practices at his office at Elko Spine & Rehabilitation institute and at Humboldt General Hospital in Winnemucca.
